Ipahco is an informational screener, watchlist, and self-tracked portfolio tool for companies listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE). We are not a stockbroker, investment adviser, or fund manager, and we do not execute trades, hold funds, or hold securities on your behalf. Any "buy," "sell," or "neutral" call shown on the site is an automated, factor-based output — not a personal recommendation, and not a substitute for advice from a licensed adviser or broker.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the watchlist and portfolio manager. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your portfolio data

Trades you record in the portfolio manager are self-reported by you — we don't verify them against a broker or exchange, and they don't represent real transactions we've executed. It's your responsibility to keep this data accurate if you want it to be useful to you.

4. Data accuracy

We aim to keep company, broker, and price information accurate and current, but we source it from a mix of third parties and public information, and it can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Don't treat anything on this site as guaranteed accurate — verify anything that matters to you (a broker's current licence status, a company's live price) directly with the relevant official source before acting on it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no scraping at scale, no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, no using it for anything unlawful.

6. No liability for investment outcomes

Investing involves risk, including the risk of loss. We are not liable for investment decisions you make using information from this site. To the extent permitted by law, Ipahco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
